I am a certified mindfulness coach, somatic breathwork practitioner and Intuitive Energetic Healer. She is the founder of Mindfulness Matters and an alumna of the McKinsey Leadership Academy. With more than two decades of leadership experience, she bridges corporate strategy, human transformation, and energetic intelligence.
